This allows you to create a progress plan for each individual learner with ease. Performance Data Collection & Analysis, Performance Report, and Progress Planning and Assigning, are just a few of the features that our system provides. Starting with the assessment test and throughout the whole learning process, it collects and analyzes performance information to provide you with Progress Curves, Score Charts, Weakness Charts, Weakness Improvement Curves, Quality-Nurturing Reports, and much more. Do you have a passion for teaching but often feel confused and trapped? Let the IDIIL Quality-Nurturing Program help solve your problem!
Education reform brought us great educational concepts, like leaner-centered and discovery-based learning. These are all wonderful ideas, but implementation seems a complicated puzzle.
I feel so powerless watching disadvantaged students struggling with the curriculum and destroying their self-esteem, while advanced students become bored and disinterested with material that was developed for just one grade level. It is such a heart-breaking experience, but discovering the strengths and weaknesses of each individual student would just be too big a task and more than any one teacher could handle!
Even if I did know the strengths and weaknesses of each and every student, it would be next to impossible to prepare curriculum materials for each of them in accordance with their aptitude!? And suppose I do squeeze out the time to prepare the individualized material for every learner, how many students can I possibly handle if I need to teach them individually? I am just an ordinary person with limited time.
Everyone knows that confidence, study habits, and learning and thinking skills are far more important than knowledge itself. But, simply feeding students all the important knowledge takes up 150% of my time and strength! What can I do to ensure that I help them not just with the acquisition of knowledge, but with those other special areas as well?
How can I possibly design my own, heuristic lesson plans that nurture various qualities in students when I am buried in all of the 'must-do' tasks of teaching?Where can I find the time, materials, and ideas to ?create high quality learning plans for each and every one of my students?
Eventually, after years of teaching, I became a teaching machine, repetitively feeding students with the same knowledge and turning them all into test-taking machines for all kinds of exams that I myself do not believe in.
