Selection Criteria for IDIIL Star of the Month
  Stars of the Month
Our most prestigious award is the Star of the Month. We bestow this title on one or more of our students per month and post his or her name prominently on our main bulletin board. We display the winner’s photograph electronically throughout our centers on the various computer terminals and grant a substantial sum of IDIIL$.
The criteria for choosing each month’s star reflect those qualities that are most valued here at IDIIL. These qualities span the three dimensions of learning: regular improvement, steady consistency, and overall excellence. Specifically, we examine the following traits in deciding upon the Star of the Month:

  1. Characteristic of Achievement: The Highest Achievement (based on age appropriation), The Fastest Improvement, and The Steadiest Progress.
  2. Area of Achievement: The academic achievement and the six learning capacities: Concentration, Independence, Attitude, Confidence, Thinking Skills, Self-awareness. In addition, classroom behavior has also be included in the fastest improvement.
